1.  Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 3-4 business days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.

2.  Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after shipping.
  • If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • If the issue is reported beyond the refund request period (3-4 business days).
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).

3.  Refund Process

  3. Once we review your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed & credited with in 5-7 working business days to your original payment method.

4.  Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product within 3-4 business days. Replacements are subject to availability and will be shipped at no additional cost.

Once your return request is approved, we will deliver a replacement product within 3-4 business days
