1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be raised within 3-4 business days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after shipping.
- If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- If the issue is reported beyond the refund request period (3-4 business days).
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).

- If approved, the refund will be processed & credited with in 5-7 working business days to your original payment method.

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product within 3-4 business days. Replacements are subject to availability and will be shipped at no additional cost.
